We are seeking a iManage Systems Administrator to join either Taft's Cincinnati, Cleveland or Indianapolis office.
Summary: iManage Systems Administratorserve clients by providing technical support to attorneys and staff. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy—in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients. This is an entry-level position.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise in Document Management Systems including but not limited to work-space design and set up, security set up, profile changes, client matter number issues resolution and other end user support as required
Work in close collaboration with Security Manager, Administrators, and with IT on processes integrations, and user issue resolution
Ensure DMS data quality controls are in place and follow data and security policies
Assist with document import and export operations as required
Provide excellent customer service and user support for various custom and vendor applications
Responsible for testing, administration, configuration and end user delivery of the Commercial-Off-the Shelf (COTS) desktop and various web-based applications
Assist in the creation of documentation to support current and future applications
Participate in internal projects as assigned

Five (5) years of relevant experience including customer/user service experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services
Technical experience of administering, maintaining and supporting iManage Document Management Systems is preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience providing technical application support to user community within applications
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of various applications commonly used in a legal or professional environment is a plus
Knowledge of iManage IRM (Records Management) would be beneficial but not required
Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, time management and customer relations skills
Ability to interpret computer system concepts into user terms and vice versa
Collaborative and team-oriented

Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-time zone environment
Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as may be required
