Seasoned and dynamic immigration law firm in Chandler, Arizona seeks a full-time Spanish bilingual immigration attorney to join our team! Our new attorney must be comfortable taking cases from start to finish and manage existing cases. Our new attorney must be an excellent writer and possess exceptional organizational client management skills. Attorney will be responsible for managing a balanced range of cases, including removal defense before detained and non-detained immigration courts in, and occasionally outside, Arizona, appellate practice and affirmative family-based and humanitarian applications before USCIS.
Position requires outstanding legal research and creative thinking skills to best serve our clients. We offer a supportive work environment with an opportunity to help a newer attorney develop legal skills. Our firm does represent clients residing outside Arizona. Attorney must be willing to travel to represent client cases outside Arizona. Firm willing to pay agreed upon relocation costs.
