Full time general practice attorney in very busy practice. Areas of law to include the following: real estate, criminal defense, wills and estates and some family law. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience, however we are looking for the right candidate and will consider an applicant with less experience. The candidate must have excellent time management skills. Support staff to be provided. The office serves many Spanish speaking clients so any knowledge of Spanish is a plus. The attorney would have the ability to set his or her own schedule with an expectation of 40 hours a week. Holiday and vacation pay offered as well as retirement benefits.
Iowa Law License in good standing and the ideal candidate will have 5 years experience.
Small southeast Iowa law firm which has been in operation for almost 100 years seeks associate who will focus on the following areas: criminal defense, real estate and wills and estates. The firm currently has two attorneys and is seeking to add a third. In addition to the legal practice, this office also offers mediation services and abstracting.
