We are looking for an immigration attorney specializing in family-based immigration with removal defense experience. Consulting with clients about family immigration matters, preparation of various immigration petitions and applications, including I-130, I-485, consular processing, I-601 and I-601A, naturalization and other immigration filings. Attending USCIS interview and immigration court hearings, preparing and reviewing forms, supervising paralegals.
We offer a great team environment, work from home 1 day a week and provide all the tools and system to excel in your job.
Minimum two years experience in family-based immigration or removal defense. Any State Bar license.
Must be willing to relocate to the metro Atlanta area, this is NOT a remote position.
