We are an expanding law firm with offices in midtown Manhattan who has an opening for an experienced Business Immigration Legal Assistant/Paralegal. This is a great opportunity to work with attorneys and other paralegals in our collegial, fast-paced U.S. business immigration law practice composed primarily of corporate clientele. Candidates should be proficient and able to perform the following tasks with limited supervision: Assist attorney with preparation of all types of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, PERM and EB-1 petitions. Proficiency in all Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ideal Candidate Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must have at least 2-5 year
