The Technology Trainer designs and delivers training programs to educate individuals or teams on various aspects of technology, software, or hardware. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, conducting hands-on training and continuing education sessions, assessing participants’ progress, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure training relevance. The Technology Trainer will act as a subject matter expert for applications and processes including our learning management system and other tools designed to help produce professional training materials and content. In this role, exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and presentation expertise are crucial. Participation in after-hours support is required. The Technology Trainer reports to the CIO. T
