Every year, United States immigration laws change and become more complex. Obtaining a visa to enter the U.S. has become more and more difficult over the years and the wait times have lengthened, as well. Since immigration law is constantly changing, your attorney should be one that stays on top of these changes and seeks to handle each case accordingly. The boutique immigration firm at Guerra & Associates Law Group can do exactly that. We have the legal knowledge that is typically found at much larger, unapproachable firms, but we provide it in a more intimate setting. This creates a perfect environment not only to serve our clients well, but also to obtain the solutions they need. Specialized in immigration and nationality law, as well as appellate litigation in the areas of immigration, civil and criminal appeals, our personalized approach allows for an exemplary end result.
