Packman, Neuwahl and Rosenberg, P.A. is looking for an energized and ambitious associate attorney to perform the following job duties: 

• Represent clients before DHS, DOS, DOL, and other governmental entities;
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants in the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant visa applications and immigrant visa applications;
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents pertaining to client matters, including but not limited to legal letters and memos in support of visa applications, responses to USCIS requests for evidence (RFEs), waivers, motions to reopen, federal court complaints, and appeal briefs;
• Formulate legal immigration strategies for current and prospective clients. 

Candidates for the position of Immigration Attorney with our firm must meet the following requirements: 

• Hold a valid bar license;
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in immigration law with an emphasis in employment-based immigration (preferred)
• Have extensive knowledge of immigrant visa processes (e.g., PERM, EB-1, NIW, EB-5), nonimmigrant visa applications (e.g., E, H, L, O, P), citizenship, and consular processing (preferred); 
• Be highly organized, efficient and have strong attention to detail; and
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
