Title: Associate Attorney Reports To: Partners Supervises: Assigned Legal Assistant Classification: Exempt Summary: Responsible for the representation of clients in immigration matters. An associate attorney will represent clients in both family-based immigration matters as well as immigration-related litigation before immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and federal courts.
