We are a New York-based immigration law firm focused on delivering high-quality legal services in Asylum, Removal Defense and employment-based immigration matters. extraordinary ability/business immigration (EB-1, O-1, NIW). We are committed to client-centered advocacy and excellence in complex immigration cases.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling both humanitarian and employment-based immigration matters, including asylum and EB-1 petitions.
Represent clients in USCIS interviews and Immigration Court proceedings
Handle removal defense cases, including master calendar and individual hearings
Supervising EB-1A, EB-1B, O-1, and NIW petitions
Draft legal briefs, motions, and responses to RFEs/NOIDs
Case strategy development
Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures
Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (New York preferred)
2+ years of immigration law experience (asylum and/or business immigration)
